Our Providers’ professional obligations are to treat medical cannabis patients with compassionate care. Our Providers will assess your medical condition and endorse your certification to participate in the Maryland Medical Cannabis Program if the qualifying criteria is met.

Our Providers establish a “bona fide physician-patient relationship” with their patients through routine follow up visits as needed. Maryland law defines the term bona fide physician-patient relationship as a treatment or counseling relationship between a physician and patient in which the physician reviews the patient’s relevant medical records, completes an in-person assessment of the patients’ medical history and current medical condition, creates and maintains medically standardized records, expects to monitor patient program and takes any medically indicated action to follow up.
