Process

Step 1:

For a fast and easy process we recommend that you obtain your medical records from your doctor and Register with the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission (MMCC). If you have NOT registered with the MMCC, we can help you register and obtain your Patient ID Number. For your first visit with us, you will want to bring your Medical History/Records, Pill bottles, Prescriptions, and/or anything that can be used to verify your medical condition.

Step 2:

Schedule an appointment by click “Schedule an Appointment” or by calling us at (410) 862-0062, or email us at [email protected]. Once you have secured your appointment please obtain your Medical History/Records from your provider. You can also call us for our assistance to obtain your Medical History/Records on your behalf from your provider. (Our Concierge service allows for private appointments and home visits upon your request)

Step 3:

One of our provider will then evaluate you, review your medical records, and perform a quick exam. Please bring the following:

• Your Medical History/Records (Valid within the past 12 months)
• Your MMCC Patient ID Number
• Bring a Valid Photo ID with you at the time of your initial visit

If our provider deems you qualified they will provide you with a Written Certification
